Production Process Flow

The automated process is designed for maximum efficiency and minimal contamination risk:

1. Bottle Unscrambling: Automated sorting and orientation of empty plastic/glass bottles.

2. Sterilization: UV light sterilization inside the empty bottle disinfecting machine to eliminate microorganisms.

3. Screw Feeding & Positioning: Controlled transfer and precise positioning of bottles for filling.

4. Metering & Filling: Accurate volumetric or auger filling with a precision of ≤ ±0.5%-2%.

5. Metal Detection & Rejection: Automatic detection and ejection of any containers with metal contaminants.

6. Weight Check & Rejection: In-line checkweigher to ensure each bottle meets the specified weight tolerance, with automatic rejection of under/over-weight units.

7. Cap Sorting & Placing: Automatic cap feeding and placement onto the bottles.

8. Cap Tightening: Secure and consistent screw capping.

9. Foil Sealing: Induction sealing with aluminum foil for an airtight inner seal and tamper evidence.

10. Labeling: Precise application of product labels.

11. Inkjet Coding: Date, batch number, and other variable information printing.
